Fund raising benefit for an equine rescue & rehabilitation center. Event will be a polo match at a beautiful 130 acre farm and polo club in Alpharetta, GA. Estimating a min of 150 people. Event is 3 hours long.
I'm a one person operation in planning this small charity event. Being a non profit, we unfortunately have a very limited budget. I am trying to get a realistic idea of food costs & options in order to provide our guests with yummy morsels. There will be exposure for all sponsors and vendors.
