I am a wedding planner in need of a caterer who specializes in African food for one of my clients. The client would like an elegant buffet set up for 175 guests this includes servers, china, glassware, & silverware. If you provide linens that would be great, but not necessary. $4000 is the maximum spending budget for the catering, which is about $22 per person. So if you can provide all this for much less, please let me know.
